From August through December 2005 sold $500,000 in Real Estate, 2006 Sold just under 2 million in Real Estate, 2007 Sold 2.5 million in Real Estate and currently in 2008 Sold $750,000 in Real Estate. I started my own company in 2007 called JMMS Ventures, LLC. JMMS provides the following service:clean out and preparation of homes for sale, Specializing in Estate Sales. I have been working with Estate properties for about 2 years through probate court. We normally try to find Non-Profit Organization that are in need of items to donate furnishings and other items. We also clean and stage the home so that it shows its best to all potential buyers. Total number of Estate transaction since 2006 20 units.
